It's a wide, flat blade on a long handle with a hang hole at the end, so it can live on a hook beside the grill. Warm up the grates, scrape them down, and over time the edge wears to fit the grill you actually use.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe one in the photos is ambrosia maple, 15-3\/4\" long with a 5-1\/4\" blade and 7\/8\" thick. The scraping edge has a 15° bevel so it gets right in against the grates.
